This prize package would save me a fortune for these projects! I've been reading these blogs and I have a large collection of things from my grandmother to alter for my daughter and granddaughters! Lisa, what a whirlwind of excitement this is turning out to be. I am so excited to be able to cruise cyber space and follow so many wonderfully, talented artists and can't believe the amount of knowledge I have picked up just from all this crafty chatter for the Season Finale(s)! ReplyDeleteI picked up a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Configurations Print Tray to alter at Michael's a few days ago and I am going to alter it using paper, paints, VerDay, and all sorts of fun bling and stuff. I originally thought to give it a holiday theme since it is going to be a holiday gift but now I am thinking how about 1-18 years for on of my children. Maybe Halloween or Christmas or Back to school pics etc. I don't know...will have to work it out and get it done. Vickie

ReplyDeleteWhat'd I'd like to craft next is a really vibrant Day of the Dead Shrine that's interactive! I think it could be a lot of fun and it'd bring a new tradition to the area. Our town is pretty conservative... think "Mayberry" and I think a dash of color and multi-cultural influence might be just the thing to get people to be curious and CREATE!
