acetate and alcohol
at tomorrow's atc club, we'll be working with alcohol inks and acetate, and the challenge is to incorporate something metallic into your design.
this one is super thick acetate printed with gridlines. i dropped on 3 ink colors and let them randomly bleed together. then i filled in some of the squares with different colors of distress stickles. i embellished it with a piece of crinkled foil tissue and a brad.
for this atc, i started with velvety flocked cardstock. i overlayed a bit of a printed transparency, which i inked with green and copper on the back. i also inked the plastic tag, and secured the ribbon on the card with little metal pinch clips.

I like the way you are trying out unusual techniques in your ATC class...hope its going well for you. That top grid one would be great as inchies..like the bottom one with the swirly white design and thanks for visiting my blog today
ReplyDeleteMan, both of those ATC's are gorgeous. I especially love the flocked one with the transparency overlay.
